Thank you for shopping with Aces Wilder. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our store.

1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST begin processing on the next business day.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information
Processing times may be longer during:
- Product launches
- Promotions
- Holidays
- Other high-volume periods
2. Domestic Shipping
We offer standard shipping within the United States.
Standard Shipping
- Free on U.S. orders of $200 or more
- Flat rate of $10 on U.S. orders below $200
- Carrier transit time: 3-6 business days
- Total Transit Time: 4-8 business days
Expedited Shipping
- Flat rate of $25 on U.S. orders
- Carrier transit time: 1-2 business days
- Total Transit Time: 2-4 business days
3. International Shipping
We ship internationally to select destinations.
Canada
- Flat-rate shipping of $20
- Free shipping on orders of $300 or more
- Estimated delivery in 7–12 business days, not including customs clearance
All Other Available International Markets
- Flat-rate shipping of $25
- Estimated delivery in 10–20 business days, not including customs clearance
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their local government
- We do not have control over customs clearance timelines
- Delivery estimates do not include delays caused by customs processing or local carrier operations
4. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- Weather
- Incorrect addresses
- Events outside our control
All transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to:
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact ahoy@aceswilder.com as soon as possible.
Please note:
We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order is placed
6. Lost, Stolen, or Marked Delivered Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
If your tracking shows that a package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with:
- Household members
- Neighbors
- Building management
- The shipping carrier

7. Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact ahoy@aceswilder.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable
We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.
