Thank you for shopping with Aces Wilder. We want you to love your order, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

This Refund & Returns Policy explains what qualifies for a return, how to submit a request, and what to expect during the return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • Free from stains, odors, damage, or excessive wear
  • Returned with original tags and packaging
  • If original packaging is no longer available, items must still be packed securely to prevent damage in transit. Items damaged due to inadequate return packaging may not qualify for a refund.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing wear, damage, alteration, or misuse
  • Items returned without prior approval through our return process
  • Items damaged in return transit due to improper packaging

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different item, size, or color, please submit a return request for your original order and place a new order separately.

4. Return Shipping

For domestic orders, Aces Wilder will provide return shipping after the return request is approved.

For international orders, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. How to Start a Return

To submit a return request, sign in to your customer account and open the order you want to return.

  • Enter your email address and continue.
  • Open the email from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
  • Return to the store and enter the six-digit code.
  • Select the order you want to return.
  • If your order includes multiple items, choose the item(s) you want to return.
  • Select a return reason and add a note if needed.
  • Click Request return.

If your return request is approved, we’ll email you next steps. If shipping is required, we’ll provide instructions. Domestic returns may include a prepaid return label. International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact ahoy@aceswilder.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and make it right.

7. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process the refund after inspection
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

8. Lost or Missing Returns

Aces Wilder is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit when:

  • The return label was not provided by us, or
  • The item was not securely packaged

For international returns, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
