Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Please be advised that our items may ship from multiple warehouses. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments. We are headquartered in Los Angeles, CA.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. In most cases, orders within the United States, orders will arrive within 5-7 business days.

We will reach out to you if your item cannot be shipped within 3 Business Days.

We are not responsible for lost packages that have been shipped and tracked and delivered. Please contact the shipping agency and/or open a claim with them.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. However, shipping times may vary for destinations outside of the United States

What is your return policy?

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt, and shipped within 14 days of receipt.

Please sign into your account from the order email to request a return label, or email ahoy@aceswilder.com. Rest assured that we aim to provide you the best experience possible.

We are a small team, however we will do our best to reach out promptly to help you.

Store credit sent via gift card email and will be initiated once the item is received back in our warehouse. If your order after the return is over $150, the return shipping is complimentary. If your order after the return is less than $150, if you choose our return label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
