What your Coachella Outfit should cover
If this is your first time going to Coachella, the first thing you should know is that Coachella will be held in the desert. This means temperatures can vary from extremely hot during the day (85-90 degrees if you’re lucky and up to 100 degrees if you’re not so lucky) to Pretty chilly into the night (60-65 degrees if you’re lucky but don’t get surprised if it drops down to the 50’s especially in the early mornings)
So what kind of outfits should you wear? Ideally:
- Light and Airy fabrics - look for clothes that are breathable and light, you want to look for fabrics like Cotton, Linen, & not so common Bamboo. (think, shorts, light weighted Kaki’s, the ever so in trend cargo pants/shorts)
- Accessories for sun and dust protection, you’re hot, the sun’s hotter so make sure you’re protected from the sun rays and the dessert heat, stay cool & elevate your look at the same time (think shades, Fedora hats for the sun, bandanas for the dust, etc.)
- Durable & Comfortable FootWear - you’ll be standing for a long time, so Comfort is king but you’ll also be moving at lot so you’ll want something secure. We recommend putting on pair of boots if you’re still thinking about it.
- Layers that keep you warm - The desert gets cold, and you know that so make sure to grab yourself some additional pieces for layering, skip the hoodies keep them at home, instead grab a Shawl,or a Denim Jacket to keep with the theme of Coachella, keeping you warm and looking your best.

Why shouldn’t you wear the Pinterest & Instagram feeds, especially celebrities & influencers?
Well, quite simply because the vast majority of us will not have the same experience as these celebrities. As we all know, everything everyone does on instagram is for the majority of time for show, we’re all familiar with things people say like “it’s for the gram” and we all know that person (or if we are that person) that doesn’t allow anyone at all to touch a bite of food until everything gets here. It’s frustrating, I get it, now think about celebrities and how much of an act they have to put on for the most of the time?
Now, I’m not calling celebrities fake by any means but their realities are often different from us. This goes the same for the instagram influencers as well. Most of the time, these celebrities & influencers have VIP passes. They’ll have access to private bathrooms, areas, comfortable, shaded & air conditioned spaces, and more.
